Inspection Qualification

Before purchasing, you should ask the manufacturer for the factory test outline (or requirements) of the switch cabinet, which is generally available to regular manufacturers. You should make sure whether the main components are configured according to the drawing requirements and select the specified brands, such as Siemens, Schneider, etc.


Cabinet Material

The volume of high-voltage switch cabinet is large, so the cabinet material has a great impact on the price. In general, the imported aluminum zinc plate is used for component support, and 300 series high-quality steel plate is used for door panel.


Arrangement Of The Whole Group Of Cabinets

The arrangement order of cabinet body and the position of operation surface are the correct construction basis for the manufacturer to consider the problems of making partition board, terminal guard board and bus section support. The layout plan should be consistent with the actual position of incoming and outgoing lines on site, especially the direction of cabinet working surface should be correctly indicated, so that the high-voltage cabinet can be installed smoothly after arriving at the site. It is often ignored at first. After the equipment arrives at the site, it is found that it does not meet the requirements of the site, and finally leads to rework.


Incoming And Outgoing Lines

There are basically two kinds of connection methods for the conventional incoming and outgoing lines on the switchgear: (1) the incoming and outgoing cables are connected to the cable room; (2) the incoming and outgoing lines are led out by the wall bushing on the top of the cabinet and connected with the bus bridge, and the bus bridge is connected with the overhead line through the wall bushing. There are also a few users. The cable rack is introduced from the top of the cabinet, connected inside the cabinet and connected at the top of the cabinet, and a safety grid is set up. The user provided the primary system diagram and standard scheme when ordering, but the way of incoming and outgoing lines can not be fully expressed clearly. The user should specify the actual installation requirements on site in the technical agreement, so it is difficult to install on site.


Correct Selection Of Breaking Capacity Of Circuit Breaker

On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker indicates that the breaker type, rated working voltage and rated working current must also select the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. There are user's drawings and the breaking capacity of circuit breaker is not selected, which makes it difficult for the manufacturer to carry out engineering design. The selection of breaking capacity should be based on the system short circuit parameters. If the manufacturer does not know the system short circuit parameters, it is very difficult to make a correct selection. There are also some user drawings, do not consider the short circuit parameters of the system, blindly select high breaking parameters, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds.
